Durch Verordnung des Bundeskanzlers kann im Einvernehmen mit dem zuständigen Bundesminister die Verlautbarung der Verordnungen anderer Bundesbehörden im Bundesgesetzblatt II angeordnet werden, wenn dies im Interesse der erleichterten Zugänglichkeit gelegen ist. Die sonstigen Kundmachungen der in einer solchen Verordnung genannten Bundesbehörden können im Bundesgesetzblatt II dann verlautbart werden, wenn sie verbindliche Kraft haben oder wenn ihre Verlautbarung im Bundesgesetzblatt II in anderen Rechtsvorschriften angeordnet ist.

The publication of regulations of other federal authorities in Federal Law Gazette II may be ordered by regulation of the Federal Chancellor in agreement with the Federal Minister in charge if this serves the interest of easier accessibility. Other promulgations of federal authorities mentioned in such regulation may be published in Federal Law Gazette II if they have binding force or if their publication in Federal Law Gazette II has been ordered in other legislation.

der Kundmachungen der Bundesregierung oder der zuständigen Bundesminister über die Feststellung der Gesetzwidrigkeit und der Kundmachungen des Bundeskanzlers über die Feststellung der Verfassungswidrigkeit eines Staatsvertrages durch den Verfassungsgerichtshof einschließlich der sonstigen Aussprüche im Erkenntnis des Verfassungsgerichtshofes sowie des Ausspruches in einem Beschluss des Verfassungsgerichtshofes, mit dem die im feststellenden Erkenntnis bestimmte Frist, innerhalb deren der Staatsvertrag weiterhin anzuwenden ist, erstreckt wird (Art. 140a Abs. 1 B-VG; § 66 VfGG);

the promulgations of the Federal Government or the Federal Ministers in charge on the establishment of unlawfulness and the promulgations of the Federal Chancellor on the establishment of the unconstitutionality of a state treaty on the part of the Constitutional Court, including the other pronouncements in the decision of the Constitutional Court as well as the pronouncement in an order of the Constitutional Court extending the deadline for the further application of the state treaty set in the establishing decision (Art 140a para 1 B-VG; § 66 VfGG);

der gemeinsamen Kundmachungen des Bundeskanzlers und der zuständigen Bundesminister über die Aufhebung von Kundmachungen über die Wiederverlautbarung eines Staatsvertrages durch den Verfassungsgerichtshof und über den Ausspruch des Verfassungsgerichtshofes, dass eine solche Kundmachung gesetzwidrig war, einschließlich der sonstigen Aussprüche im Erkenntnis des Verfassungsgerichtshofes (Art. 139a B-VG; § 61b VfGG);

the promulgations of the Federal Chancellor issued jointly with the Federal Ministers in charge, on the repeal of promulgations on the republication of a state treaty by the Constitutional Court and on the pronouncement of the Constitutional Court on the unlawfulness of such promulgation, including the other pronouncements in the decision of the Constitutional Court (Art 139a B-VG; § 61b VfGG);

der für oder in Österreich verbindlichen Beschlüsse von internationalen Organen, die nicht auf andere allgemein zugängliche Weise verlautbart werden, einschließlich ihrer Übersetzung in die deutsche Sprache;

the resolutions of international bodies binding for Austria and not being published in a different generally accessible manner, including their translation into the German language;

amtlich kundzumachender ausländischer Rechtsvorschriften;

foreign legislation to be officially promulgated;

other promulgations or regulations concerning legislation as specified in paras 1 or 5.

Hat der Nationalrat anlässlich der Genehmigung eines Staatsvertrages gemäß Art. 50 Abs. 1 B-VG einen Beschluss nach Art. 49 Abs. 2 B-VG gefasst, so sind die Kundmachungen und Verordnungen gemäß Abs. 1 Z 6, die diesen Staatsvertrag (oder nur dessen nicht im Bundesgesetzblatt kundgemachte Teile) betreffen, auf dieselbe Weise kundzumachen wie der Staatsvertrag (dessen nicht im Bundesgesetzblatt kundgemachte Teile) selbst.

If on occasion of the ratification of a state treaty as specified in Art 50 para 1 B-VG the National Council has adopted a resolution pursuant to Art 49 para 2 B-VG, any promulgations and regulations pursuant to para 1 sub-para 6 and referring to such state treaty (or only such parts of it not promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette) shall be promulgated in the same way as the state treaty (its part not promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette) itself.

any promulgation of regulations issued by municipalities and municipal associations as well as

sonstiger amtlicher Verlautbarungen

Die im Bundesgesetzblatt zu verlautbarenden Rechtsvorschriften sind im Internet unter der Adresse www.ris.bka.gv.at zur Abfrage bereit zu halten. Jede Nummer des Bundesgesetzblattes hat auf diese Adresse hinzuweisen.

Legislation to be published in the Federal Law Gazette shall be available for access on the internet at the address www.ris.bka.gv.at. Each issue of the Federal Law Gazette shall make reference to this address.

Die im Bundesgesetzblatt zu verlautbarenden Rechtsvorschriften können erforderlichenfalls auch noch in anderer geeigneter Weise – insbesondere im Intranet der Behörden, im „Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung“ oder im Amtsblatt des zuständigen Bundesministeriums – bekannt gemacht werden.

Die Dokumente, die eine zu verlautbarende Rechtsvorschrift enthalten, müssen ein Format haben, das die Aufwärtskompatibilität gewährleistet. Sie müssen in einem zuverlässigen Prozess erzeugt worden und mit einer elektronischen Signatur versehen sein.

Documents containing legislation to be published must have a format warranting upward compatibility. They must have been produced in a reliable process and carry an electronic signature.

Die Dokumente dürfen nach Erstellung der Signatur nicht mehr geändert und, sobald sie zur Abfrage freigegeben worden sind, auch nicht mehr gelöscht werden.

After having been provided with the signature, the documents must not be modified and also not be deleted any more after having been released for access.

Von jedem Dokument sind mindestens drei Sicherungskopien und vier beglaubigte Ausdrucke zu erstellen. Je eine Sicherungskopie und je ein beglaubigter Ausdruck sind an das Österreichische Staatsarchiv und an die Österreichische Nationalbibliothek abzuliefern und von diesen zu archivieren. Ein beglaubigter Ausdruck ist der Parlamentsbibliothek zu übermitteln.

At least three backup copies and four certified printouts shall be made of each document. One backup copy and certified printout each shall be delivered to the Austrian National Archive and to the Austrian National Library to be filed there. One certified printout shall be forwarded to the Library of Parliament.

Die Verlautbarungen im Bundesgesetzblatt müssen jederzeit ohne Identitätsnachweis und unentgeltlich zugänglich sein.

The publications in the Federal Law Gazette shall be accessible at any time, free of charge and without the necessity of proving one’s identity.

Die Verlautbarungen im Bundesgesetzblatt können von jedermann unentgeltlich ausgedruckt werden. Darüber hinaus hat der Bundeskanzler dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass jedermann gegen angemessenes Entgelt Ausdrucke der Verlautbarungen sowie Ausdrucke oder Kopien von bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2003 erschienenen Bundesgesetzblättern erhalten kann. Der Bundeskanzler hat die Stellen, bei denen diese Ausdrucke und Kopien bezogen werden können, erstmals bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2004 und in der Folge nach jeder erfolgten Änderung im „Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung“ kundzumachen.

The publications in the Federal Law Gazette shall be available for printing free of charge to anyone. In addition the Federal Chancellor shall see to it that everybody is able to obtain against reasonable charge any prints of publications as well as printouts or copies of Federal Law Gazettes published until expiry of December 31st, 2003. The Federal Chancellor shall promulgate at which office such printouts and copies will be available, for the first time before expiry of December 31st, 2004 and after that after each modification in the “Official Gazette to Wiener Zeitung”.

Sind Rechtsvorschriften bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2003 ganz oder teilweise nicht im Bundesgesetzblatt verlautbart worden (§ 6 Abs. 2 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 1996, BGBl. Nr. 660, § 6 Abs. 3 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 1985, BGBl. Nr. 200, § 6 Abs. 3 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 1972, BGBl. Nr. 293, in der Stammfassung und in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes BGBl. Nr. 603/1981 sowie § 6 Abs. 3 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt, BGBl. Nr. 33/1920, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes BGBl. Nr. 106/1972), so hat jedermann das Recht, gegen Ersatz der Gestehungskosten von den mit der Kundmachung betrauten Stellen Kopien dieser Teile der Rechtsvorschrift zu erhalten.

If by expiry of December 31st, 2003 any legislation has, in full or in part, not been published in the Federal Law Gazette (§ 6 para 2 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette 1996, Federal Law Gazette No 660, § 6 para 3 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette 1985, Federal Law Gazette No 200, § 6 para 3 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette 1972, Federal Law Gazette No 293, in their original version and as amended by the Federal Act published in Federal Law Gazette No 603/1981 and § 6 para 3 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette, Federal Law Gazette No 33/1920, as amended by the Federal Act published in Federal Law Gazette No 106/1972), then anyone is entitled to obtain from the offices in charge of the promulgation copies of such parts of the legislation against reimbursement of the cost.

any differences from the original of a publication of the legislation to be published (errors of promulgation);

Verstöße gegen die innere Einrichtung des Bundesgesetzblattes (Nummerierung der einzelnen Verlautbarungen, Seitenangabe, Angabe des Tages der Freigabe zur Abfrage u. dgl.).

any violations of the intrinsic structure of the Federal Law Gazette (consecutive number of the individual publications, page reference, date of release for access etc.)

Verlautbarungen im Bundesgesetzblatt mit verbindlichem Inhalt treten, soweit darin oder gesetzlich nicht ausdrücklich anderes bestimmt ist, mit Ablauf des Tages der Freigabe zur Abfrage in Kraft. Jede Nummer des Bundesgesetzblattes hat diesen Tag zu enthalten.

Unless therein or by law specified differently, publications in the Federal Law Gazette whose contents are binding shall be effective as of expiry of the day of release for access. Each issue of the Federal Law Gazette shall contain this date.

The subject Federal Act shall be effective as of January 1st, 2004. At the same time the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette 1996, Federal Law Gazette No 660, as amended by the Federal Acts published in Federal Law Gazette I No 158/1998 and Federal Law Gazette I No 47/2001 and the promulgations in Federal Law Gazette I No 35/1998 and Federal Law Gazette I No 24/2003 shall cease to be effective.

Verordnungen auf Grund dieses Bundesgesetzes können bereits mit Ablauf des Tages seiner Kundmachung erlassen werden, dürfen jedoch frühestens mit 1. Jänner 2004 in Kraft gesetzt werden.

Regulations based on the subject Federal Act may already be issued upon expiry of the day of its promulgation, but may become effective not earlier than January 1st, 2004.

die sonstigen Bestimmungen mit Ablauf des Monats der Kundmachung dieses Bundesgesetzes.

the other provisions shall be effective as of the expiry of the month of promulgation of that Federal Act.

The table of contents, § 3 sub-paras 6 through 9, § 4 para 1 sub-paras 8 through 10, paras 2 and 2a, § 5 para 1 sub-paras 3 and 5a as well as para 3 sub-para 3, § 6, § 9 para 3, § 13a and § 15 including the headings and § 16 as amended by the Federal Act published in Federal Law Gazette I No 88/2024 shall be effective as of the expiry of the day of promulgation of the said Federal Act.

Paragraph 9, Absatz einsThe publications in the Federal Law Gazette shall be accessible at any time, free of charge and without the necessity of proving one’s identity.
Absatz 2Die Verlautbarungen im Bundesgesetzblatt können von jedermann unentgeltlich ausgedruckt werden. Darüber hinaus hat der Bundeskanzler dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass jedermann gegen angemessenes Entgelt Ausdrucke der Verlautbarungen sowie Ausdrucke oder Kopien von bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2003 erschienenen Bundesgesetzblättern erhalten kann. Der Bundeskanzler hat die Stellen, bei denen diese Ausdrucke und Kopien bezogen werden können, erstmals bis zum Ablauf des 31. Paragraph 10, Der Bundeskanzler kann durch Kundmachung im entsprechenden Teil des Bundesgesetzblattes berichtigen:	Paragraph 10, The Federal Chancellor shall correct by promulgation in the respective part of the Federal Law Gazette:
Ziffer eins Abweichungen einer Verlautbarung vom Original der zu verlautbarenden Rechtsvorschrift (Kundmachungsfehler);	Ziffer eins any differences from the original of a publication of the legislation to be published (errors of promulgation);
Ziffer 2 Verstöße gegen die innere Einrichtung des Bundesgesetzblattes (Nummerierung der einzelnen Verlautbarungen, Seitenangabe, Angabe des Tages der Freigabe zur Abfrage u. dgl.).	Ziffer 2 any violations of the intrinsic structure of the Federal Law Gazette (consecutive number of the individual publications, page reference, date of release for access etc.)
Eine Berichtigung von Kundmachungsfehlern ist unzulässig, wenn dadurch der materielle Inhalt der verlautbarten Rechtsvorschrift geändert werden würde.	Corrections of errors of promulgation are not admissible if they would modify the matter of the contents of the legislation as published.
