under section 1.5.1 of the Regulations annexed to the ADN

1. 1.Ziffer eins
   By derogation from 7.1.3.31, 7.2.3.31.1, 9.1.0.31.1, 9.3.1.31.1, 9.3.2.31.1 and 9.3.3.31.1 of the Regulations annexed to the ADN, inland vessels carrying dangerous goods may use LNG as fuel for their propulsion and auxiliary systems, under the condition that these propulsion and auxiliary systems comply with Chapter 30 and Annex 8, Section 1 of the European Standard laying down Technical Requirements for Inland Navigation vessels (ES-TRIN) as amended.
2. 2.Ziffer 2
   This Agreement shall be valid until 31 December 2018 for the carriage on the territories of those ADN Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement.

über die Verwendung von Flüssigerdgas (LNG) als BrennstoffMultilaterale Vereinbarung ADN/M 020, gemäß 1.5.1 der Anlage zum ADN, über die Verwendung von Flüssigerdgas (LNG) als Brennstoff

1. 1.Ziffer eins
   Abweichend von 7.1.3.31, 7.2.3.31.1, 9.1.0.31.1, 9.3.1.31.1, 9.3.2.31.1 und 9.3.3.31.1 der Anlage zum ADN, dürfen Binnenschiffe mit Gefahrgutladung Flüssigerdgas (LNG) als Brennstoff für ihre Antriebs- und Hilfssysteme unter der Voraussetzung verwenden, dass diese Systeme die Bestimmungen von Kapitel 30 und Anlage 8 Kapitel 1 des Europäischen Standards der technischen Vorschriften für Binnenschiffe (ES-TRIN) in der neuesten gültigen Fassung erfüllen.
2. 2.Ziffer 2
   Diese Vereinbarung gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2018 für Beförderungen in den Hoheitsgebieten der ADN-Vertragsparteien, die diese Vereinbarung unterzeichnet haben.

   Wird sie vorher von einem der Unterzeichner ganz oder teilweise widerrufen, gilt sie in diesem Fall bis zum vorgenannten Zeitpunkt nur noch für Beförderungen in den Hoheitsgebieten der ADN-Vertragsparteien, die diese Vereinbarung unterzeichnet und nicht widerrufen haben.

Die vorliegende Vereinbarung wurde von Österreich am 19. Juli 2017 unterzeichnet.
